Perlite board, also known as perlite insulation board, with expanded perlite power as the aggregate, is manufactured through adding binder and compounding filtering, extrusion foaming, and stoving. Form the material purchased into the finished items transported out, the whole manufacturing process is under strict and meticulous product examination.
Perlite insulation board effectively solves the technical problem of heat preservation and insulation of all kinds of building roof which has saved a lot of construction and reparation fund.
Our product conforms to GB/T5464-1999 National Standard and the provisions in GB18580-2001, CECS95:97 identified as fireproof performance A1 rate according to GB8624-2006/A1 National Fireproof Performance Standards.

Technical Parameters

The expanded perlite board is mainly used as the fireproof door core for steel and wooden fireproof doors.
It is also widely used in public places with high fireproof and sound insulation demands, such as office building, commercial shopping center, schools, labs, hospitals, train stations, airports, theaters, etc.

For the use of fireproof door core, the perlite board can reach the international fireproof test. The below picture was the fireproof test our customer in South Korea did. The test lasted 100 minutes, and you can see the door using perlite board was barely damaged.
