Calcium Sulfate Panel is green high-density, composed of gypsum and cellulose fibers. It has high mechanical, high acoustic and high fire-resistance properties. Standard thickness is 30mm. With different thickness of core, surface and bottom, it can makes different types.

Installation guide
Main tools include:
Infrared ray level instrument,large push cutter,aluminum alloy ruler,level bar electric hand drill,
Mini type marble cutter,pulling nail gun,wire-cutter,steel ruler,nail,pencil,suction disc machine,adz-eye hammer,spanner,screwdriver,floor glue,tool bag,broom.
Flooring System
1.Position datum point:proper datum point saving waste,spare parts and construction period,the best choice is the two walls which are rectangular as datum point.
2.If there is a ramp at door,or space for door to swing,the best datum point should be near door.
3.If designing or partition drawing has been marked datum point,it can be considered as final.
Notice:
Datum line:A straight line paralleled to datum line,the longest distance between datum level and datum line is 600mm
Datum level:It is a wall which owner requires to be installed with whole floor panel.
Vertical:It is a straight line which is vertical to datum line.The largest distance between the vertical line and adjacent wall is 600mm.
Raised access floor installation:
1.At first,cleaning the ground.
2. Observe the layout of room,install infrared paralleled scanner,mark paralleled line on half waist of wall,then find lowest and highest point,calculate average value from ground to floor surface(this average value equals to owner’s required installation height),calculate and adjust the pedestal heighe
3.Choose a corner as start point,find a parallel on wall,tie two paralleled wax wire 595mm from wall,the wax wires are hard to brake and extend,two wires must be vertically distributed.
4.When pulling the paralleled line,screw the four pedestals.After confirming the height and placing the first floor,stringers and pedestals must be fix with screws,use level bar to adjust floor,at last,lock nuts on the pedestals.
5.When the first floor is adjusted paralleled,vertically place two lines of floors in the diection of wax lines.Note:black glued edges between floors must be aligned and straight.
6.After vertically placing two rows of floors,find a direction,(can not be vertically placed),paralleteled place row by till the last row. Note:each edge should remain one row for final cutting and placing,when paving,floors can not be treaded which may affect flatness .
7.After placing last row,iron angles in each corner should be firstly fixed,then cut all-round floor. Noted:iron angle shoulds be paralleled to installed floor.backing if iron angle should possess a support(flitch or angle bar).
8.After fixing iron angle,perecisely meansure the size of floor,then cut and places it. If need placing plug,use cutting machine to open holes as peractual dirnension.
9.After placing floor,check on time,adjust the parts which are not flat.Finally fill in gap when cutting with glass cement.
10.If the temperature difference between day and night at construction site is big,(eg.high altiude,temperate area or arctic area),all the edges should remain 3mm gap.

Check & acceptance:
After placing all floors,check whole project carefully and improve all the imperfect parts.
1.When walking on he floor,no noise,no movement and good stability.
2.Clean surface,clear patten,mean color and joint,straight edged,no crack,no corner
dropping,no lack of edge etc.
3.All materials of joint edge and dimensions should follow design requirement and
construction regulation.
Cross maintenance instruction of raised access floor
1.Supporting place of floor can not set other construction tools.
2.Before offering floors,they can not be treaded. In case that it must be treaded when
cross maintenance,the relative person should ask for permission of man whois charge
on site
3.Construction company can noe use floor when floors are not been protected by
letheroid.
4.Surface of floors can not be placed on heavy weight scaffold.
5.Feet of ladders,light scaffold should be covered with thick rubber.
6.Paint,chemical materials are forbidden on surface of floors.
7.Hammering with hammer or heavy things is forbidden.
8.Scratching with knives or hard things is forbidden.
9.When welding,protect surface of floors with three-ply board etc.to prevent welding
sparkles from dropping on floor.
10.No water on floorings
11.If rolling materials,equipment or gang boxes across installed access floor,then 1/4
inch tempered masonite or 1/2-inch plywood should be used as pathways to avoid any
damage to the top surface the A/F panels.
